Functional language with intentional polymorphism and first-class staging.

Statically typed and with a lightweight, very powerful type system giving it expressiveness of dynamic languages and the speed of C, Spiral is the crystallization of staged functional programming. It boasts of having intentional polymorphism and first class staging. It was made for the sake of making a deep learning library which was too difficult to do in F# itself for its author.
